About Me
At the age of 8, Olivier Giraud was already dreaming of going on stage but this dream seemed inaccessible to his parents, so he turned to the hotel and restaurant business. After graduating, he left Paris for the United States where he obtained a 6-year visa to work as a maitre d&#; at the 5-star hotel, The Breakers Palm Beach, Florida. In , with his childhood dream intact, he returned to France to become a comedian. Based on his experience, he writes a comedy that deals with cultural differences and makes the bold choice to perform it % in English in order to entertain a cosmopolitan audience. ‘How to become a Parisianin one hour?’ was born ! He presents his project to many producers in order to get their support, but they all seem to think that it is doomed to failure. As no one is willing to bet on him, he decides to set up his own production company: French Arrogance Production.
Since that day, Olivier has been a year-round performer in a seat Parisian theatre in the heart of the French capital where he has welcomed nearly 1,, spectators. The New York Times devoted an article to him and he even had the privilege to be presented to her majesty Queen Elizabeth II&#; Oh la la !

Olivier Jonathan Giroud (French pronunciation:[ɔlivjeʒɔnatɑ̃ʒiʁu]; born 30 September ) is a French professional footballer who plays as a striker for Major League Soccer club Los Angeles FC.
Giroud began his senior club career playing for hometown club Grenoble, before he signed with Tours in , aged He was named Ligue 2Player of the Year in after finishing as the league's top goalscorer. He was subsequently the subject of a then-club record football transfer when he moved to Montpellier in a transfer worth €2 million, winning the club's first Ligue 1 title and finishing as league top goalscorer in He then joined Arsenal, where he won three FA Cups to help end Arsenal's nine-year trophy drought, and is the club's eighteenth-highest all-time goalscorer. Carrière d'humoriste

De retour à Paris, il sollicite les directeurs de théâtre parisiens mais devant de nombreux refus, il décide de créer sa propre société de production la French Arrogance Prod. Le , How to become a parisian in one hour&#;? voit le jour à Paris.
Dès le début, son spectacle est un succès auprès de son public. Le bouche à oreille fonctionne très vite, en France puis un peu partout dans le monde. Le New York Times lui consacre un article en intitulé Learning to be French through comedy!.
Depuis le , il est à l'affiche, à l'année sans interruption, du Théâtre des Nouveautés - places.
Le , il joue son spectacle How to become a parisian in one hour&#;? sur la scène de l'Olympia. Il y célèbre les 7 ans d'existence du show, le demi million de spectateurs et les représentations.
