    For what it’s worth… I have a 2011 RR Autobiography, which I purchased for just shy of $30k in Dec 2021 with 89k miles. It had impeccable service history, was a So Cal/New Mexico vehicle (no rust), timing chains, tensioners, water pump, belts/hoses, all control arms, and a few other things had been replaced. I follow sites like BaT and it seems like I bought well as many of the known issues in the 5.0L SC L322 had previously been addressed. Dealer told me it was “black edition” because of the blackout trim, but I convinced them it was not because the grill doesn’t match yours and there was no literature to verify.

    All that to say, I don’t know where the vehicle lives, but I think of the ~175 Black Editions that even fewer ended up in the US. So yeah, very rare, especially if in the US. I doubt there is anyway to know how many of these are still around or what condition they are. You do have fairly high mileage (good to see it hasn’t just been a garage queen!), but if maintenance records are good and common repairs/major concerns have been addressed, you might be able to pull in a nice price.
